So excited to get this site up. It didn't take long to do once I carved the time out the schedule to work on it. What actually took the longest time was deciding on a design for the site as I must have gone through five or six versions before I just sat down and coded this one out. Definitely a case of too many ideas that either muddled the purpose of the site or were just my design hubris plastered all over the page and not really getting to the point of things. This site was created using Django a python web framework that is excellent for web application development. The framework provided me with plenty of tools to create the apps quickly and without having to write long stretches of boilerplate -which is what a framework is for in the first place right?
